LANDLORD SAFETY CERTIFICATES

If you are a landlord, letting agency or own a buy to let,

it is your legal responsibility to ensure the safety of your tenant(s).

We will check all the gas appliances in your property, test the gas supply and provide you with a certificate all for just £50.

If you would prefer we can have your certificate scanned and an electronic copy e-mailed to you.

SP Gas and Heating can provide a 12 month safety certificate & a reminder after 11 months so you never fall behind with your check.
